Sexual Alerts ( G Point)
Sexual Alerts ( G Point)
In order to emphasize the importance of sexually sensitive areas in women, it is necessary to summarize a woman’s orgasm stages, from the initial phase to the final relaxation phase.
The first stage on the path to the feeling of orgasm is the Arousal Stage. Orgasm is a “feeling” that starts with the stimulation of the brain with various sexual stimuli and is perceived both physically and spiritually by the effect of the stimuli. Although the most important stimuli for orgasm formation are tactile ones (sexual intercourse and self-satisfaction are types of tactile stimuli), it is also possible, especially in women, to have an orgasm with only visual or auditory stimuli.
Since the interpretation of sexual stimuli takes place in the brain, the most important factor in the arousal circuit is the brain in which factors such as the woman’s perspective on sex and sexual appetite (libido) are coded. In other words, in sexuality, how richly the person understands the external stimuli, both for men and women, is related to their own feelings and thoughts.
When the desire for sexuality arises, if this desire is not prevented, changes begin in the whole body to prepare for sexuality. The vaginal secretions of the woman increase significantly within seconds with the onset of the sexual stimulus, and the Bartholin glands at the entrance of the vagina become active. Enlargement and swelling of the clitoris and lips, and redness of the chest area and breasts occur. The vagina lengthens and expands, the outer lips move apart, the uterus rises. The general purpose of these changes in the genital system is to prepare the woman physically for sexual intercourse. In this phase, the heart rate accelerates, the respiratory rate increases, and the blood pressure rises. Muscle groups in the body begin to contract. The breasts and nipples also enlarge and become more prominent. Some women experience flushing on the face, neck, and chest. The main purpose of the arousal phase is to prepare the woman physically for sexual intercourse. All of these changes in the genital area occur as a result of a marked increase in blood flow in the area.
As can be seen, there are clear preparations and changes in all systems in a woman’s body on the way to orgasm. Providing these adaptations from woman to woman is possible with different kinds of stimuli at different times. It can even show marked changes from one sexual act to another in the same woman.
Foreplay both prepares the woman mentally for intercourse, and anatomically, the woman’s wetting and vaginal lubricity ensure that these changes and preparations in the whole body occur, and the intercourse takes place. Therefore, you should spare enough time for foreplay and guide your partner in this regard.
It is also known that during the arousal phase, every woman has specific areas in her body that are prone to arousal, as well as common areas suitable for sexual stimulation. The effects of these areas vary from woman to woman, for example, some women may find great pleasure in stimulating their breasts, while others may find less pleasure.
G point
While searching for a pleasure center in a woman’s vagina, German gynecologist Ernst Gräfenberg mentioned an area on the anterior inner wall of the vagina that is responsible for very intense orgasms in 1950. Gräfenberg believed that only stimulating the clitoris was not enough to reach climax in vaginal intercourse. Other scientists, like Gräfenberg, have mentioned this region of “sexual pleasure”, which is considered to be quite sensitive. The G-Zone is located approximately 4-5 cm inside from the anterior wall of the vaginal entrance. Its location is not exactly on the vaginal wall, but somewhere behind the urethra (urinary tract). The knee-elbow position is among the favorite positions of women. In this case, especially the G spot is stimulated more easily and the transition to multiple orgasms is more likely.
Clitoris
It is 0.5-1 cm long, located above the urethra (urinary tract) in women. Similar to the male penis, it is covered with a tissue that swells and can become hard during erection. In addition, the presence of glands makes it possible to compare it with the penis of the man. It is a very sensitive area in terms of sexual stimulation, especially very sensitive to vibration. It is known that most women can orgasm only with clitoral stimulation. While vaginal orgasm is a process that needs to be learned and discovered by the person, orgasm is easier with clitoral stimulation.
In addition, the labia minora and the labia majora at the entrance to the vagina are highly sensitive erotic areas to stimulation.
Leg inner edges
It is sensitive to touch, especially it is an area with increased sensitivity before union,
Hips
Although less sensitive than breasts, they are large erotic zones. Especially during intercourse, their movements and oscillations can be psychologically stimulating, it is known that some men feel a special sexual sensitivity to this area. In some women, the mucosal tissue around the anus may be sexually sensitive, with a large number of free nerve endings in this area.
Nipples and nipples
They are sensitive areas to be touched and kissed. During arousal, the nipples enlarge and a hormone called oxytocin is released, which can cause contractions in the woman’s uterus. Moreover
Stimulation can be increased with some lubricant creams, it is an important stimulant in providing vaginal wetness.
Lips
Kissing should be mentioned here, kissing is a process where both physical and psychological stimuli are blended. During the arousal process, some secretions called pheromones are released from the bodies of the people, and especially during kissing, by smelling these stimulating scents deeply, kissing can be highly stimulating. Again, thanks to these substances we call pheromones, the harmony of men and women as skin can be mutually understood when kissing. It is a preliminary evaluation that checks the whole system, like connecting the car to the computer in the service and having it checked.
Again, there are areas sensitive to stimulation in the head, ears and neck areas.
In the face area, cheekbones, scalp, eyelids are sensitive areas, they are sensitive to kissing, it can be good for psychological stimulation before sex and the emotional spirit of the union.
hands and feet
All organs in the body are also represented in the brain that governs them. Accordingly, organs such as the feet, which must be highly coordinated, such as the hands that can do fine work, are located more in the cerebral area than in the arms and legs. Stimulation of hands and feet can arouse desire in people. Since they are organs that show more variation from person to person than other organs, the pleasure and love for the opposite partner can be personified by them.
Again, the inner surfaces of the arms, the back of the body, the armpits, the belly button.
